The Steinel .32 H&R Magnum Premium Defense load offers exceptional self-defense performance in a low-recoil package. This ammunition features an 85-grain Hornady XTP® (eXtreme Terminal Performance) jacketed hollow point bullet, precision-engineered for controlled, reliable expansion and deep penetration. The XTP design promotes consistent expansion at moderate velocities while retaining nearly 100% of its weight, creating an effective wound channel even through clothing or barriers.

Tested from a short 2-inch barrel, this load achieves a muzzle velocity of 915 fps and delivers outstanding terminal ballistics: 13.5 inches of penetration in calibrated ballistic gelatin with an average expanded diameter of .395 inches. Ideal for small-frame revolvers and everyday carry (EDC).
